Dr. Ir. Irfan Purnawan, ST, M.Chem.eng, elected as Chairman of the Institution of Engineers Indonesia (PII) of DKI Jakarta Province, in the Regional Conference (Muswil) of DKI Jakarta PII held in Jakarta, Saturday, April 26, 2025. Muswil attended by PII Deputy Chairperson, Prof. Dr. Ir. Agus Taufik Mulyono, S.T., M.T., IPU, or commonly called Prof. ATM.

The presence of Prof. ATM as a commitment to PP PII in providing support to regional management in strengthening transparent organizational governance, encouraging the sustainability of the program, and ensuring the concrete benefits of the presence of engineers for the community.

In the Muswil forum, the elected chairman, Dr. Irfan Purnawan stressed the importance of synergy and joint steps between members of the DKI PII to bring strategic contributions to regional and national development. Through this forum, PII DKI Jakarta strengthens the commitment to continue to support the creation of professional engineers who are able to answer challenges in various sectors.

"Through the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Muswil, we unite the steps, strengthen togetherness, and arrange work programs that have a direct impact on the community, as well as playing an active role in building a stronger and more powerful Indonesian future," said Dr. Irfan Purnawan.

The event went smoothly in the presence of various scientific figures, regional administrators, and members of the DKI PII, as well as a strategic momentum to formulate the work program of the organization going forward.
