The Organizational Structure of The Institution of Engineers Indonesia (PII) is designed to support the achievement of the organization's vision and mission in advancing the engineering profession and making a significant contribution to national development. The organization consists of various levels of management that function to ensure the sustainability and smooth operation of the organization throughout Indonesia.

Each part of the organizational structure has complementary roles and responsibilities, starting from the central management that sets the strategic direction of the organization, to the management at the regional level that runs programs according to local needs. The structure also includes institutions that focus on membership development, education and training, and policy advocacy that support engineering in Indonesia.
