Young Engineer Forum (FIM) under the auspices of the Institution of Engineers Indonesia (PII) will hold a national meeting on 22-23 February 2025 at Arion Suites Hotel Kemang, Jakarta. This event carries the theme "downstreaming young engineers to encourage re-industrialization in all sectors of synergy towards Indonesia Gold Indonesia 2045" .

2025 National Gathering organized by the Indonesian Youth Engineer Forum (FIM PII) is a gathering place for young engineers from all over Indonesia to carry out the regeneration process while discussing the issues latest as a step to determine and establish a commitment to contribute to the progress of the nation.

The National Fim-PII 2025 meeting aims to build a professional network between young engineers from various backgrounds, discuss opportunities and challenges of revitalization of the industrial sector in Indonesia and carry out the handover of the position of Chairman of the FIM PII.

On the first day, Saturday (22/2) a talkshow and the signing of the MoU will be held on the second day, Sunday (23/2) are FIM-PII internal activities by holding deliberations and the handover of the position of Chairman of FIM PII 2024-2027.

Chairperson of the FIM-PII period 2024-2027, Ir. Isditya Pratama Putra S.T., IPM., Said that this event would be an important momentum for young engineers to collaborate and share insights related to challenges and opportunities in the industrial world.

"We want to encourage young engineers to be more active in the process of downstreaming and technological innovation to achieve the vision of Indonesia Gold 2045," he said happily.

This event will present various speakers from academics, industry, and government who will discuss major topics such as industrial policies, innovative technology, and the role of young engineers in supporting national industrial resilience. Some discussion sessions will also discuss downstreaming strategies in the energy, manufacturing, construction, and digital technology sectors.
