The Central Board of the Indonesian Engineers Association (PP PII) led by the Chairman of PII DR.Ing.Ilham Akbar Habibie, MBA, IPU accompanied by Vice Chairman of PII Prof.DR.Ir.Agus Taufik Mulyono, ST, MT, ASEAN Eng, IPU and his staff held an audience with the Head of the State Civil Service Agency (BKN), Prof. Dr. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh, S.H., M.H., to discuss the recognition of the title of Engineer (Ir.) for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN)

In this meeting, PII emphasized the importance of government support for Professional Engineer Program (PPI) graduates, especially in the inclusion of the title “Ir.” and its impact on the ASN career path.

This discussion also discussed the strategic role of the engineering profession in the civil service system, including its relation to promotion, rank, and promotion for ASNs with engineering degrees.
