02nd June 2025 - Announcement of the Sustainable Energy Challenge 2025

15th July 2025 - Deadline for submission

29th – 31st July 2025 - Online presentation

05th August 2025 - Final review and evaluation during AFEO Mid Term meeting

30th October 2025 - Announcement of winners at CAFEO 43 in the Philippines.
