In commemoration of Kartini Day, the Indonesian Engineer Engineer Women's Forum (FPI PII) has successfully held a Talkshow with the theme "Recognizing Contributions of Women Engineers to The Beetterment of the Society" on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 09.00–11.00 WIB virtually through Zoom Meeting.

This activity was attended by hundreds of participants from various circles of engineers, students, academics, and engineering practitioners from all over Indonesia. This talkshow is an inspirational discussion room that highlights the work, challenges, and real contributions of women engineers in advancing the community and national development.

This event presents extraordinary speakers, namely:

• Ir. Santhi H. Serad, M.Sc., IPU (Executive Director of PII)

• Ir. KoesMarihati Koesnowarso, D.Eng (Hon)., B.Eng (Aus)., IPM (Telecommunications Expert)

Guided by Prof. Dr. Ir. Monita Olivia, M.Sc as moderator and assoc. Prof. Ir. Sirmayanti, S.T., M.Eng., Ph.D., IPU, ASEAN Eng as MC.

Resource persons share inspirational experiences and strategic views on the role of women engineers in various strategic sectors, ranging from technology, infrastructure, to telecommunications. They also raised the importance of women's empowerment in the field of engineering and building an inclusive and gender -equivalent work ecosystem.

This event became a momentum to emphasize PII's commitment through FPI PII in encouraging the increase in the role of women in the world of synergy and to provide wider space for female engineers to contribute to the nation's development.
