Executive Director of the Indonesian Engineers Association (PII), Ir. Habibie Razak, FIEAust, EngExec, IntPE(Aus). representing the General Chairperson of PII officially closed the International Seminar, Tuesday (3/12), at the Sheraton Surabaya Hotel and Tower. with the theme ""Sustainable Industrial Strategy Towards Golden Indonesia 2045".

"Through this seminar which was held over 2 days, we not only strengthened professional relationships, but also strengthened our shared commitment to make a real contribution to technological progress and sustainable development in various sectors. Rich discussions with cross-country perspectives and areas of expertise have been "opens new horizons that will strengthen our position, especially the Indonesian Engineers Association, on the global stage," said Habibie enthusiastically.

"We believe," continued Habibie, "that the collaboration that has started here will continue in the future. With a spirit of innovation and integrity, let's go further together to advance the role of engineers in creating solutions that have a positive impact for society and the environment".

"I would like to express my highest appreciation to all parties who have contributed to the success of this event, including the committee, sponsors, partners, as well as all participants who attended with extraordinary enthusiasm and enthusiasm for learning," concluded Habibie.

On the second day of this seminar, it was combined with the APEC Engineer Commerment activity for Indonesian Engineers who received the APEC Engineer and APEC ER MC titles.

PII has been a member of the International Engineering Alliance (IEA), a sub-member of the APEC Engineer Mobility Agreement since 2003.
