The Central Board of the Young Engineers Forum of the Institution of Engineers Indonesia (FIM PII) is holding the annual Young Engineers Festival 2024 with a series of FIM PII National Orientation activities, Technical Visit of MRT Phase 2, FIM National Leadership Meeting PII and National Seminar on November 22-24 2024 at Arion Suites Hotel, Kemang, Jakarta.

Young Engineers Festival 2024 with the theme "Shaping the Future of Indonesia through
Engineering towards Golden Generation 2045" is an annual event organized
by the Young Engineers Forum- Engineers Association Indonesia (FIM PII).

This festival aims to empower young engineers to play a strategic role in driving innovation, technological progress and sustainable development in Indonesia, in line with the nation's vision towards a Golden Indonesia 2045.

The National Orientation of the Young Engineers Forum- Indonesian Engineers Association (FIM PII) is an introduction and training program held by the Young Engineers Forum- Indonesian Engineers Association (FIM PII) under the auspices of the Target. 

This program is aimed at FIM PII Central and Regional Management throughout Indonesia with the aim of introducing the vision, mission, values ​​and culture of the organization, as well as strengthening participants' understanding of the role of young engineers in development nation

Young Engineers Festival (YEF) 2024 Series of Events:

a. FIM PII National Orientation
Introduction and training program for Central and Regional Administrators of the Forum
Young Engineers (FIM) throughout Indonesia. This orientation aims to
introduce the vision, mission, values ​​and culture of the organization, while strengthening
understanding of the strategic role of young engineers in national development.

b. Technical Visit MRT Phase 2
Technical visit to the MRT Jakarta Phase 2 construction project, which aims to
give young engineers direct insight into the latest construction
technology, project management and challenges in development
urban transport infrastructure.

c. FIM PII National Leadership Meeting
Annual meeting attended by all FIM PII leaders from various
regions. This meeting aims to evaluate ongoing work programs,
formulate new strategies, and develop more effective work plans to
support organizational development and the contribution of young engineers in Indonesia.

d. National Seminar
Seminar with the theme "Shaping the Future of Indonesia through Engineering
towards Golden Generation 2045" which presents prominent speakers from
various sectors. This seminar will discuss the role of young engineers in encouraging
innovation, technology and sustainable development towards achieving Indonesia
Gold 2045

According to the Chairman of FIM-PII Ir. Haudhi Ramdayuza, S.T., IPM., ASEAN Eng.,"It is hoped that this series of events can inspire and empower young engineers to more actively contribute to nation building and strengthen professional networks throughout Indonesia."

"Participants in this activity include Central and Regional FIM PII Management, Engineering Students, Young Professional Engineers, Academics, Industry and Company Representatives, Government and Stakeholders as well as Startups/Innovators. "It is hoped that the target participants will be able to utilize this event as an opportunity for self-development, improving skills, and building wider networks to support their role in technological progress and sustainable development in Indonesia," concluded Haudhi.
