WHAT IS THIS ?
Welding technology and related thermal processes technology utilize compressed gas and/orelectric current to provide a concentratedheat source which meltsor burns away steel and other metals.Proper welding engineering arerequired to comply the quality, scope of work, reliable engineering, and avoid accidents relatedto the gas and power supplies, to thesparks, heat, fumes, and visible andinvisible rays from the heat source.

Welding technology is a highly rewarding and competitive field. Today’s Welding Engineer needs skill and knowledge to fulfill the many welding job requirements. Most employers prefer applicants to possess prior experience and skills that are attainable through engineering and technical training in welding. Upon participate of the these : Welding Engineering and Technology program, the attendees will have a wide range of technical knowledge and experience including industrial safety, properties of metals, industrial expertise, and all processes of welding and fabrication techniques.

Before beginning fabrication or construction work, the welding engineer shall establish and qualify detailed weldingprocedures for various materials and components used in piping, tankage, and steel structures to be fabricated and or constructed, inaccordance with requirements of International Standards such as ASME BPVC SECT. IX, ASME B31.3, API Q1, or etc.

He has 29 years’ experience in world of welding. He has a certified on Welding Inspector, Welding Engineer, HSE Officer, QA/QC Inspector, and Lead ISO auditor.His extensive experience includes project management as Shop Fabrication & Facilities Management for project on EPCI Contract.

Effendi Sitanggang,
He has 23 years’ experience in welding atmosphere. He has a certified on Welding Inspector, Welding Engineer, QA/QC Inspector, and Lead ISO auditor.His extensive experience includes project management as Senior Welding Engineer for project on EPCI Contract.

Untung Budi
He has 20 years’ experience in offshore/ onshore oil and gas. He has a certified on welding inspector, NDT level II, and also certified as ISO auditor.His extensive experience includes project management as Lead QA/QC Supervisor for project quality on EPCI Contract.
