WHAT IS THIS?
As The Engineers involved on wide variety Project Mechanical Managements activities, from design of components, equipment, systems or facilities through various phases of manufacturing, construction, FEED, or operation.The planning and control systems must help mechanical management’s projects the status toward objective completion. Its purpose is to establish policies, procedures, and techniques that can be used in the day to day management and control of projects and programs .
Managements must compare the time, cost, and performance of the program to the budgeted time cost, and performance, not independently but in an integrated manner. The focus of controls in not only on issues, but also on the timeliness of the decision making process on Mechanical Engineering on Mechanical Equipment. To avoid costly delay, attenuation shall be made within a phase, and certainly prior to moving to the succeeding mechanical phase. Risk is measure of the probability and consequence of not achieving a defined project goal .
Monte Carlo methods (or Monte Carlo experiments) are a broad class of computational algorithms that rely on repeated random sampling to obtain numerical results. Their essential idea is using randomness to solve problems that might be deterministic in principle. They are often used in physical and mathematical problems and are most useful when it is difficult or impossible to use other approaches. Monte Carlo methods are mainly used in three problem classes: optimization, numerical integration, and generating draws from a probability distribution.
Primavera Risk Analysis will be used as a tool to do Monte Carlo analysis, in addition to the conventional Critical Path Method (CPM). Linking uncertainty aspects to mechanical’s project triangle, getting some project scenarios, in order to achieve best management’s decision.

He has 10 years experiences in oil and gas, mining, cement plant, pharmaceutical. His extensive experience includes project management and construction management.
His client experience includes work executed for: Exxon Mobil, CRH plc Ireland, Chevron, BBraun, Frisian Flag, Royal Haskoning DHV, Semen Indonesia, SMART, KeretaApi Borneo (RZD Russia), Antam, etc.
He is a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineer from Pasundan University Bandung.Currently he is working as consultant in AECOM Philippines as project management and construction specialist.
